How does the process work at TQR?

We partner with leading companies in our fields of expertise to find talented professionals to join your team as full-time permanent employees. We reach out to relevant candidates to see what opportunities they would be interested in an interview them to get a good grasp of their skills and interests. We then match them with the opportunities our clients provide.

How do you find candidates?

Our initial search begins with through our database, which holds 800k+ contacts and is continually growing. In addition to our current database, we receive referral candidates that are ready for their next opportunity. Finally, after we’ve created our internal list, we proactively headhunt, and source interested local talent.  

In all cases, we provide individually catered screening to determine the interest level and experience level of candidates.  

What you’ll receive is a shortlist of candidates who are experienced and ready to work with you. 

Other value-added resources include full background checks and pre-employment assessment tools. 

Where are you located?

Our corporate office is in Mississauga, ON. However, we also have offices in Boston, Florida, Los Angeles, and Pennsylvania. 

What is your fee structure?

What should I bring to the interview?

Bring a copy of your résumé and references along with any relevant letters of recommendation. If you have attained any specific licenses, certifications, degrees etc., please bring a copy of those with you as well.
