About the Role
The Sales Professional is responsible for working directly with customers to develop solutions to enhance the Seafood category.
Key Activities
You demonstrate a passion for the Seafood industry and have a solid practical understanding of meat processing and further processed products.Â
You have several years of sales and/or account management experience, with demonstrated business and commercial acumen.Â
You collaborate with others and perform well in cross-functional teams.Â
You are self-motivated and like to be challenged while working for a dynamic organization.Â
You have strong organizational skills and can prioritize in a dynamic environment.Â
You possess good negotiation skills, both internally and externally.Â
You can develop and implement short- and long-term goals.Â
You possess strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and analytics to assist in decision-making.Â
You are customer-centric.
Preferred Skills
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
A highly motivated and results-orientated individual who can work both independently and within a team environment.
Education and Experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive Seafood experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
