Aid in Multi-Layer or Co-Extrusion blow molding projects, assisting with multiple-layer resin production to meet performance needs, including the use of Post-Consumer Reclaimed (PCR) materials such as HDPE and PP.
Prototype and Mold Development: Assist in creating prototype samples for handling, test marketing, filling line development, and R&D needs.
Participate in mold inspections, sampling, and troubleshooting technical mold issues to ensure production readiness.
Collaborate with the team to solve technical challenges, provide mold reviews, and rebuild or sample molds as needed.
Production and Client Support: Assist clients who lack resources or machine time by supporting mold design, development, and tooling processes to bring products to production readiness.
Provide support for clients requiring short-run, mass production, or unique production runs using challenging resins or technical specifications.
Assist with special and value-added operations such as drilling, routering, labeling, decorating, boxing, and warehousing as required.
Technical and Documentation Support: Support CAD article drawings, resin and color evaluations, and prototype testing.
Collaborate with engineering teams to assist in fully engineered solutions, models, and tooling processes.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting during product development and production runs.
