


About the Role
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for plays a critical role in maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with production and sales teams, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while identifying and promoting business opportunities.
Key Activities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Proactively communicate order updates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt to delivery.
Monitor order status and coordinate with production, scheduling, and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Address and resolve discrepancies related to orders, production, or delivery.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and business opportunities.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer specifications and quality standards are met.
Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address concerns to maintain long-term relationships.
Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers.
Assist in preparing quotes, pricing adjustments, and contract renewals as needed.
Preferred Skills
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in order management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Education and Experience
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, with a focus on the corrugated manufacturing industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of corrugated packaging products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
