


About the Role
The Converting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the converting department's daily operations, focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, and team development.
Key Activities
Supervise and manage converting operations, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Lead and develop a team of machine operators and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
Implement and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and execute solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure seamless plant operations.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Preferred Skills
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a corrugated manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of high-speed corrugated converting equipment and processes.
