


About the Role
The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for supporting initiatives for improvement in plant performance using established methods and presenting new initiatives to leadership.
Key Activities
Ensure compliance with Safety Standards and promote a safe work environment. Participate in Safety Committee as needed.
NetSutie/Excel Pre Production
NetSuite Admin/finalizing setup
Inventory cycle counts and reorder points
Assist in operations and pre-production meetings
Enter orders in Excel to start and once Netsuite is running, they will be transferred over
Order raw materials as needed for production of batches and schedule trucking as needed for backhauls
Schedule runs when needed or assist in dates for scheduling per line per customer due dates and optimization of the line
Confirm orders back to the customer and send confirmations including correct prices if needed
Assist in printing scan tags for end-finished good pallet counts
Cross-reference bills entered into the system to ensure pricing matches
Preferred Skills
Food experience preferred
Education and Experience
Must have versatility in production planning, supply chain, inventory, and purchasing
Manufacturing experience required
