About the Role
The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading overall operations at the assigned plant and achieving established goals for safety, quality, service, employee retention, productivity, and profitability.
Key Activities
Driving operational excellence and profitability with hands-on management of daily plant operations, including maintenance.
Serving as a motivating leader of a diverse team of hourly team members.
Recruiting and training hourly employees.
Establishing and sustaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Planning and implementing plant projects and repairs.
Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and other regulatory policies and permits.
Providing daily, weekly and monthly production reporting.
Preferred Skills
Background & employer verification is required.
Vaccinated against COVID.
Education and Experience
5+ years of experience in the management of a manufacturing facility is required.
A bachelor's degree is desired.
