About the Role

The Sales Professional will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Activities

  • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

  • Act as the main point of contact with our customers.

  • Vigorously advocate for clients within the organization.

  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts in labels or folding carton, packaging in the beauty industry. 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Track and report on key account performance and revenue metrics.

  • Relentlessly work to drive and generate value for our customers.

  • Account Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver on client expectations.

  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth.

  • Communication and Presentations: Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on products, services, and industry trends.

  • Conduct presentations to showcase the value proposition and address client needs.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues on time.

  • Ensure all customer concerns, questions and inquiries are dealt with promptly and effectively.


Preferred Skills

  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Excel, word, power point).

  • Effective sales skills using a data-based, solution sales approach.

Education and Experience

  • 15 years of sales experience with FIBCS.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Will work from a home office and travel approximately 30%.
