About the Role
The Account Executive is responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities nationwide.
Key Activities
Understand client needs and preferences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Identify and target potential clients and industries that align with our services.
Build and maintain a robust book of business by prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Develop tailored print communication solutions for prospective clients to meet their specific needs.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of various printing techniques, including digital, offset, flatbed roll printing, and finishing, to recommend the best solutions for clients.
Collaborate with our production team to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
Marketing Material Solutions:
Work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives and advise on the creation of impactful marketing materials, such as billboards, retail displays, foam posters above aisles, and car brochures.
Leverage our comprehensive services by offering kitting, packaging, and distribution solutions to clients when appropriate.
Preferred Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Education and Experience
Proven experience with a book of business in a similar role within the printing industry.
Demonstrated success in generating and managing a book of business.
Proficiency in various printing techniques, including digital, offset, flatbed roll printing, and finishing.
