


About the Role
The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, implementing customer strategies, and working with various members of the Greer organization to maximize profitability and contribution margin to the business.
Key Activities
Manage existing accounts, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
Understand customers’ business needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account.
Prepare regular customer reports and attend customer meetings.
Analyze marketing trends and predictions and research market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies.
Develop account strategies, marketing strategies, and promotional communication channels to introduce and promote products and services to potential customers.
Retain existing customers and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.
Evaluate the financial aspects of business development.
Provide existing customers with exciting products and services.
Develop innovative sales promotions and campaigns.
Research customers’ needs and provide goods that meet those needs.
Perform market research to identify products and services in demand.
Created and developed fresh ideas for marketing campaigns.
Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to persuade people to make purchasing decisions.
Education and Experience
Minimum 6 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with connections to large CPG retailers.
Ability to persuade people to make purchasing decisions.
Experience working in manufacturing, preferably the paper industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or another relevant field, preferred.
