About the Role
The Die Cutter Operator is responsible for operating foil/die cutting machines, producing high-quality printing jobs to meet customer and company expectations.
Key Activities
Setup, run and troubleshoot die cutting machine.
Read die line prints and follow work instructions.
Ensure all quality standards are met.
Complete production paperwork for each job.
Meet established deadlines and objectives for shift.
Band and remove bales from waste baler system.
Use forklift to move and load material onto machine conveyor system.
Complete jobs in a timely manner.
Preferred Skills
General computer knowledge: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Basic math skills.
Must be highly motivated with great work ethic, very dependable, fast moving and able to work well with others.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior manufacturing experience required.
Prior die cutting experience preferred.
