About the Role
The Lead Operator oversees automatic feeding, folding, and gluing to detect machine malfunctions and monitor quality.
Key Activities
Inspect completed work for defects and verify conformance to work order specifications.
Maintain equipment by performing minor maintenance, troubleshooting, calibrations, adjustments and repairs.
Complete production paperwork for each job.
Meets established deadlines and objectives for shift.
Set up, ran, and troubleshooted gluing machine.
Preferred Skills
Complete production paperwork for each job.
Knowledge with Amtech (Plus).
Education and Experience
Knowledge of Vega Altair Gluer or Similar (Must).
Knowledge with Gluing Corrugated (Must).
Maintain equipment by performing minor maintenance, troubleshooting, calibrations, adjustments, and repairs.
