


About the Role
The Account Manager will be responsible achieving and growing the sales quota through activities which include acquiring new accounts (by profiling, targeting, needs analysis) and maintaining/growing account customers consisting of Healthcare Professionals (Urologist, OR staff, Value Analysis & Formulary committee members, C -Suite, Pharmacists and other Allied Health Professionals).
Key Activities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Urology decision makers (bladder cancer) and other healthcare providers within assigned accounts
Must have the ability to sell both medical devices and an optical imaging drug.
Should ideally possess an understanding of payer reimbursement process.
Will need the ability to consistently exhibit a high level of proficiency and expertise in discussing and demonstrating company's product, along with partner medical device product.
Facilitates and conducts all required customer training programs.
Routinely contacts and manages sales promotions related to assigned territory.
Completes all administrative duties in a timely fashion and works within the specified budget.
Consistently executes all field sales activities with a high degree of professionalism.
Performs job functions with a strict adherence to promotional guidelines and corporate code of conduct policies.
Work collaboratively with promotional marketing partners.
Preferred Skills
Device / Hospital Sales experience.
Drug/Device combination experience.
Therapeutic area: Urology/Oncology experience.
Education and Experience
BA/BS or MBA/MS Degree.
Must reside within the geographic area of assignment.
