


About the Role
The Beer Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving change in the sales, delivery, and merchandising activities within their assigned area of responsibility.
Key Activities
The leadership, direction, and growth of our Territory Managers and Sales Reps.
Creating strong relationships with key Retailers and suppliers to grow volume and profitability.
Designing and recommending sales programs, setting short- and long-term sales strategies for the On & Off Premise segments of the business.
Evaluating and implementing appropriate new sales techniques to increase the territories' sales volume.
Product or service recommendations to improve supplier and field level performance and relationships.
Preferred Skills
Strong working knowledge of VIP, iDig, Margin Minder, Nielson or IRI, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or industry equivalent (strong knowledge & experience in beer industry).
Must be 21 years of age or older.
