About the Role
The Customer Service Representative will be a proactive leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, ensuring superior customer satisfaction while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
Key Activities
Serve as customers' primary point of contact, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to resolve order issues, inventory discrepancies, and shipment tracking.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
Provide knowledgeable support on product information, pricing, availability, and order status.
Foster strong customer relationships through professional, friendly, and solution-oriented service.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
Assist in managing high volumes of orders and communications, prioritizing urgent needs without compromising service quality.
Preferred Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent and an associate's or bachelor’s degree are preferred.
2+ years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume sales environment.
