


About the Role
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising personnel, developing preventive maintenance programs, and supporting continuous improvement across our operations.
Key Activities
Ensure a safety-first culture, following all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Work with and manage third-party maintenance technicians, including performance management and scheduling.
Develop, implement, and manage a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Coordinate mechanical and electrical repairs on production equipment and facility systems.
Monitor and manage parts inventory and requisition tools, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Collaborate with production and leadership teams to align maintenance efforts with operational goals.
Analyze and resolve work-related problems, recommending and implementing process improvements.
Maintains time and production records.
Preferred Skills
This job operates in a fast-paced production-floor environment.
It includes exposure to loud noises or fumes and moving mechanical parts in the plant facility.
Education and Experience
Associate’s degree in a technical field.
5–8 years of related maintenance leadership experience.
