Collaborating with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Validation, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to achieve business objectives.
Managing plant budgets, capital expenditures, financial performance, operational KPIs, and capital improvement projects while optimizing manufacturing costs.
Ensuring compliance with FDA, cGMP/GMP, ISO, OSHA, environmental regulations, company policies, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Leading workforce development, equipment reliability, new product introductions, process optimization, business continuity planning, and strategic operational initiatives while fostering a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
