Key Activities
Utilizing multiple job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder, Monster), referrals, social media and databases to conduct searches
Responsible for obtaining new business through referrals and leads
Full cycle recruitment for potential candidates to fill job orders
Preparing candidates for interviews, negotiating compensations, benefits, perks and incentives
Recruiting for mid-executive level professionals in a variety of roles and industries
Managing the relationship with Clients through the complete project cycle
Provide direction to assigned recruiters and resource team as they help fulfill your requirements
Preferred Skills
Proactive work ethic with a high level of accountability
Ability to manage and execute a portfolio of 10 - 20 + vacancies concurrently
Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment (financial services, hospitality, B2B, direct sales, executive search)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel and Word
Solid networking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization skills
Strong multitasker with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines
Excellent customer service skills
Recruiting experience and knowledge of the recruiting business is an asset.
