


About the Role
The Customer Service Manager will lead a team of five Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) while working closely with various departments, including Production, Scheduling, Sales, Accounting, Design, Shipping, Quality, Safety, and vendors.
Key Activities
Manage and develop a team of 5 Customer Service Representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure customer needs are balanced with production capabilities.
Oversee all customer service activities within the sales and manufacturing environment, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Collaborate with Production, Scheduling, and Sales teams to meet customer expectations and maintain optimal operational efficiency.
Analyze and refine customer service processes to improve performance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Utilize advanced software and technology to manage customer data, track orders, and generate reports.

Education and Experience
Minimum of an Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate work preferred.
5+ years of progressively responsible customer service experience, with at least 2 years managing multiple employees in a manufacturing environment.
Significant experience in the corrugated packaging industry is required.
