About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst will support key financial activities, provide strategic insight, and ensure financial integrity in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Key Activities
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Analyze financial performance, including standard vs. actual cost variances, cost drivers, and profitability trends.
Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting procedures and methodologies.
Partner with operations and leadership teams to develop, manage, and analyze budgets and forecasts.
Lead inventory control efforts and ensure proper inventory valuation in accordance with accounting standards.
Assist in the development of standard costs and maintain accurate cost data to support pricing and operational decisions.
Prepare and interpret cost reports and business performance dashboards for leadership teams.
Maintain and update sales forecasts and daily financial reporting to support ongoing business planning.
Upload financial data into corporate consolidation systems and ensure data integrity.
Participate in capital expenditure evaluations, ROI assessments, and strategic financial analysis.
Identify and recommend process improvements and support financial system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant financial regulations.
Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial planning, and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred).
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment (preferred).
