


About the Role
The Sales Representative will drive strategic sales of a medical device portfolio across Southern California, maintaining and expanding your existing book of business while cultivating new partnerships with hospitals, clinics, group practices, and key accounts.
Key Activities
Territory Management: Own region, leveraging existing relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.
Account Expansion: Grow penetration within your network; actively prospect new customers through relationships, referrals, and market outreach.
Product Expertise: Serve as the clinical product authority - provide demos, conduct training sessions, and support clinical workflows and procurement processes.
Strategic Planning: Create and execute short- and long-term territory business plans aligned with corporate targets.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nursing leadership, materials managers, and administrators to advocate for a specific product.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain CRM with activity logs, forecast pipeline, deliver regular sales reports, and perform market analysis.
Customer Support: Ensure clients have the support they need - coordinate with clinical educators, service teams, and marketing.
Preferred Skills
Proven book of business in Southern California.
Strong network with healthcare decision-makers (surgeons, perioperative staff, materials managers).
Education and Experience
7+ years of proven success in medical device sales, ideally in procedural or surgical markets.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, advanced degree a plus.
