Accounting Managers often oversee general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, inventory accounting, financial reporting, account reconciliations, budgeting support, cost accounting, and audit coordination while working closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Human Resources, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and executive leadership. Their work may include managing month-end and year-end close processes, improving accounting procedures, supporting ERP systems, maintaining financial controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.


Accounting Managers are expected to understand how accounting operations directly impact financial accuracy, manufacturing performance, profitability, cash flow, regulatory compliance, and overall business success.   • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, cash flow management, inventory accounting, and financial planning activities to improve business performance and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborating with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Human Resources, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and executive leadership to support financial planning and organizational objectives.

  • Monitoring financial performance, accounting accuracy, internal controls, expense management, key performance indicators (KPIs), and process efficiency while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinating internal and external audits, tax compliance, financial reporting, regulatory requirements, and accounting documentation to ensure compliance with applicable financial standards.

  • Utilizing ERP systems and financial reporting tools to strengthen accounting processes, improve reporting accuracy, support decision-making, and enhance operational and financial performance.
