Providing scientific and clinical expertise to internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), investigators, and external partners while supporting evidence-based decision-making and scientific exchange.
Supporting the development, review, and approval of scientific materials, medical information, publications, product labelling, promotional content, and educational programs while ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Collaborating with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Research & Development, Quality, Commercial, Marketing, Pharmacovigilance, and Executive Leadership teams to support product launches, clinical programs, and ongoing medical initiatives.
Managing relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, investigators, academic institutions, and professional organizations while supporting clinical studies, investigator-sponsored research (ISR), real-world evidence (RWE), and post-market surveillance activities.
Ensuring compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH, GCP, company policies, and applicable healthcare regulations while supporting regulatory inspections, medical audits, scientific communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Leading and developing Medical Affairs personnel by providing scientific guidance, mentoring team members, strengthening medical governance, and fostering a culture of scientific excellence, collaboration, compliance, and patient-focused decision-making.
