Overseeing production planning, manufacturing execution, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, capacity planning, and resource utilization to meet business requirements.
Collaborating with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Maintenance, EH&S, and R&D teams to ensure compliant and efficient manufacturing operations.
Monitoring operational performance through KPIs, production metrics, OEE, cost analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Managing operational budgets, workforce planning, staffing, productivity improvements, and cost-control initiatives to achieve financial and operational objectives.
Supporting equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, process validation, new product introductions, technology transfers, risk management, and business continuity while fostering a culture of safety, quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
