Collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Technical Support, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and ensure successful product implementation.
Developing and executing territory plans while maintaining accurate customer records, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account activities using CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
Monitoring market trends, competitive activities, customer requirements, and industry developments while identifying new business opportunities and recommending strategies to strengthen market position and sales performance.
