About the Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will identify and present qualified candidates for international clients while working on diverse roles in a professional environment.
Key Activities
Understand and learn the details of each job order and its requirements
Identify candidates utilizing various sources available resume database, employment web sites, referrals, own network, Linkedln, etc.
Conduct preliminary interview to qualify the candidate-assess technical skill level, communication skills, location preferences, salary expectations, need for accommodations, etc.
Negotiate pay rates with consultant candidates in alignment with client requirements and delivery managers or account managers direction
Preferred Skills
5-7 years' experience in Recruitment roles
Prior experience in Team Handling is 'good to have' though not mandatory
Excellent English communication skills
Technically savvy
Detailed and process oriented
Willing to learn and focused on improvement
Education and Experience
Minimum requirement any Graduate/Diploma completed
