Key Activities
Responsible for Sourcing and headhunting candidates from social and professional networks, job portals, company database, references and various other sources
Responsible for acquiring the resumes of candidates, learning about their career graph and work history and discovering if they are open to changing jobs
Responsible for creating a comprehensive job description based on client's specifications to present it to the candidates
Responsible for screening the resumes of potential candidates and lining up them for further process
Responsible for connecting professionals through Linkedin and other websites to get in contact with potential candidates associated world-wide

Good English communication skills
Technically savvy
Detailed and process oriented
Willing to learn and focused on improvement
Education and Experience
Work Experience: 1+ years experience in Sourcing/Recruiting/Hiring and basic knowledge of US Market
Educational Qualification: Minimum requirement any Graduate/Diploma completed
