About the Role
The Print Operator will ensure the proper printing of sheets according to customer specifications. The operator is responsible for performing duties according to the job specification.
Key Activities
Operate HP PageWide C500 digital print systems to produce high-quality products.
Verify colors by matching customer requirements per job.
Match proof with sample to ensure quality standards are achieved throughout the job.
Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and perform machine maintenance.
Accurately report and record daily production and scrap to ensure inventory accuracy.
Ensure proper material handling and loading; maintain a clean working environment; practice safe working habits.
Additional duties as necessary.
Preferred Skills
Computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a face paced environment with minimal errors.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of various types of printing systems for digital print is required.
1 year of digital print experience required.
