


About the Role
The Production Specialist will lead the entire Production team towards the long-term direction set by top management, manage milestones, and conduct periodic evaluations to measure progress. Support Production and MRO by providing numerical results through data analysis, and assist the team leader and division head in making decisions on matters of cost.
Key Activities
Plan Production team’s long-term business plan toward the target set by top management.
Support the planning of each Production team’s annual goal toward the target set by the Production team head.
Regularly distribute and remind the goals set by top management.
Report on the results of periodical evaluations to team leader and division head.
Periodically summarize the progress of results and share evaluations to adjust the methods for achieving targets.
Project managing for all projects in Production teams.
Receive requests for tasks that require collaboration among multiple departments and set them up as projects.
Organizing meetings with relevant people and assisting with communication and milestone management.
Close projects and evaluate the results or achievements and report to team leader and division head.
Collect information from external teams when it occurs.
Create draft reports, based on the information obtained from external sources (e.g., sales team's new sales orders) when necessary, and distribute them to Production teams.
Periodically update and distribute the information to adjust the goals of each Production team
Collect data from production records and analyze to generate periodic reports.
Periodic ERP data analysis according to Business Plan Targets.
Efficiency calculation from production data.
Summarize the results by process, shift, and periodic terms.
Summarize the results by product type and production line if needed.
Analyze the results by comparing them with previous results or target.
Make the report if needed.
Preferred Skills
Good computer knowledge including Office365, Project managing software, ERP, and on-line communication software, and VBS.
English and Korean bilingual (preferred).
Education and Experience
At least 2 years of experience in project management, 1 year or more experience of data handling.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, engineering, or statistics majors.
Medical Device or RDT manufacturing experience is plus.
