About the Role

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our logistics solutions to businesses in need of transportation, freight forwarding, and supply chain services.

Key Activities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain industry.

  • Promote and sell logistics services including freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and transportation solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate logistics solutions to meet those needs.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, client information, and sales pipeline.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with 3PL, freight forwarding, or transportation services.

  • Existing network of industry contacts and potential clients.

Education and Experience

  • Carrier Sales/Freight Brokerage (1-2 years freight brokerage experience preferred).

  • Our Carrier Sales department is growing based on an increased demand for our services.
