


About the Role
The Sales Manager will have a strong background in B2B sales within the food & beverage, ingredients, or related sectors. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans to expand our market presence.
Key Activities
Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute dynamic sales strategies to expand market share in the beverage, confectionery, dairy, and baked goods sectors. Target both existing and new clients for business development.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with CPG manufacturers, brand owners, and key decision-makers.
Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of major accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and high retention rates.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities within the flavor market.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with R&D, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customized flavor solutions and support new product development.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for management review.
Team Leadership: Coach and mentor sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture and establishing clear accountability.

Education and Experience
Experience: 7–10 years of B2B sales experience in the flavor industry with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Sales management experience or prior team leadership is preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of flavor, beverage, confectionery, dairy, and bakery formulation, as well as industry trends.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field required; MBA is a plus.
