About the Role

The Sales Manager will have a strong background in B2B sales within the food & beverage, ingredients, or related sectors. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans to expand our market presence.

Key Activities

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute dynamic sales strategies to expand market share in the beverage, confectionery, dairy, and baked goods sectors. Target both existing and new clients for business development.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with CPG manufacturers, brand owners, and key decision-makers.

  • Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of major accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and high retention rates.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities within the flavor market.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with R&D, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customized flavor solutions and support new product development.

  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for management review.

  • Team Leadership: Coach and mentor sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture and establishing clear accountability.

Education and Experience

  • Experience: 7–10 years of B2B sales experience in the flavor industry with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Sales management experience or prior team leadership is preferred.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of flavor, beverage, confectionery, dairy, and bakery formulation, as well as industry trends.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field required; MBA is a plus.
