About the Role
The Rotary Die Cutter Operator will be responsible for all activities associated with running the Kolbus Rotary die cutter, including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. Flexo printing and rotary die cutting experience is a must.
Key Activities
Setup, run and troubleshoot die cutting machine.
Read die line prints and follow work instructions.
Ensure all quality standards are met.
Complete production paperwork for each job.
Meets established deadlines and objectives for shift.
Band and remove bales from waste baler system.
Use forklift to move and load material onto machine conveyor system.
Complete jobs in a timely manner.
Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of cutting and creasing of various substrates.
Forklift certification.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior manufacturing experience required.
Prior die cutting experience preferred.
