About the Role

The Sales Executive role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The Sales Executive will serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients, developing and executing account strategies to achieve mutual success in the folding carton, labelling and flexible packaging industry.

Key Activities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the labelling, folding carton, and flexible packaging industry. Must have a strong background to be considered for this position and the capacity to bring a strong book of business.

  • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions. 

  • Act as the main point of contact with our customers.

  • Vigorously advocate for clients within the organisation. 

  • Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts in labels or folding carton, packaging in the beauty industry.  

  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. 

  • Track and report on key account performance and revenue metrics.

  • Relentlessly work to drive and generate value for our customers.

  • Account Strategy and Planning: 

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver on client expectations.

  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth. 

  • Communication and Presentations:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on products, services, and industry trends.

  • Conduct presentations to showcase the value proposition and address client needs. 

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues on time. 

  • Ensure all customer concerns, questions and inquiries are dealt with promptly and effectively.

Preferred Skills

  •  Relentlessly committed to driving customer value.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Bilingual English/Spanish a plus)

  • Ability to function as a “Player/Coach” in the development of processes and people.

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS Degree in business or an applicable field.

  • Five (5) or more years of work experience in a fast-paced sales/customer service or similar work environment; or 

  • Must have packaging (primary/secondary), labelling or folding carton sales experience to be successful in this role to be considered.
