


About the Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, expanding market share, and leading a sales team to achieve business objectives. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong market relationships, and a proven track record in B2B and/or retail sales within the food sector.
Key Activities
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in assigned territories and channels (B2B, B2C, retail, HoReCa, and industrial clients).
Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments for edible oils, both domestically and internationally.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, institutional buyers, and industrial clients.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance levels.
Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and supply chain teams to align sales initiatives with operational capabilities.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the food service industry (oil industry highly recommended)
