About the Role
The Warehouse Manager manages day-to-day operations of two warehouses and leads the training and supervision of warehouse staff.
Key Activities
Schedule and oversee the warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximise efficiency and minimise overtime.
Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
Analyse production requirements and ensure that materials are properly staged to meet the production schedule.
Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organising, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company.
Maintain the required quantity of supplies and materials to optimise production.
Analyse current inventories and procedures; suggest improvements to increase efficiency of the warehouse and profitability for the company.
Develop policies to increase efficiency throughout the warehouse while ensuring quality and safety; implement subsequent changes to processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Requires 7+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager in the injection moulding industry or related area.
