


About the Role
The HR Coordinator will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role is essential in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Activities
Coordinate job postings, applicant screening, and hiring processes.
Manage onboarding, training documentation, and credentialing.
Maintain personnel files and HRIS systems.
Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Preferred Skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in healthcare or social services.
