


About the Role
The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of plastic products, market trends, and excellent communication skills to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
Key Activities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the plastic industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable plastic products or solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasts.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Preferred Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Education and Experience
Experienced in the EPS manufacturing industry or related cold chin shipping industry.
