


About the Role
The HR / Payroll Manager will oversee both human resources and payroll functions to ensure seamless operations that support the company’s workforce and compliance standards.
Key Activities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried, non-exempt, and exempt roles.
Administer and manage payroll processing (ADP WFN experience strongly preferred).
Oversee employee benefits, pay, and leave programs.
Enforce company policies and practices to ensure compliance and a respectful workplace culture.
Partner with leadership on employee relations matters, performance management, and staff development.
Manage and maintain accurate HRIS and payroll records.
Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Manage multiple HR and payroll projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Proven experience in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, administering pay/benefits/leave, and policy enforcement.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Education and Experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
Minimum of 5+ years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 5+ years of payroll processing experience required; ADP WFN experience strongly preferred.
