


About the Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for bringing a current, portable book of business and is seeking a comp structure that truly reflects their contribution.
Key Activities
Sell international air & ocean freight services (domestic/warehousing optional)
Leverage your existing accounts to drive immediate revenue
Execute targeted outbound using modern tools (CRM, LinkedIn, Apollo, analytics)
Help develop and scale a digital inbound sales platform
Own pricing and margin; manage the full account sales cycle
Resolve client issues quickly, coordinate with internal and global ops teams
Report to the Sales Director with clear, accurate, data-driven updates on your progress
Preferred Skills
Skilled in CRM, sales automation, and digital lead generation
Motivated by a comp model aligned to the value you deliver
Education and Experience
5–15 years in international freight forwarding sales
Actively managing a book of business ready to transition
Strategic, analytical, and fluent in both outbound and digital sales methods
Tech-proficiency: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Dropbox, Salesforce, and (ideally) Cargowise
