About the Role
The Maintenance Technician will provide maintenance support with all production-related needs, working alongside planners and schedulers on the processes.
Key Activities
Performance of duties assigned with focus on safety, quality (of product and task), and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production and facility equipment as directed.
Always work in a safe manner following all established safety rules and regulations.
Execute work orders on time as assigned by planner/scheduler, Manager, or other members of management as assigned in proper priority.
Troubleshoot and Repair High Speed Filling and Packaging Equipment.
Calibration of any/all equipment and instruments as assigned.
Support all Production needs, as necessary, leading and assisting on production line changeovers.
Repair and maintain mechanical equipment such as fillers, case packers, conveyor systems, palletizers, water purification/filtration systems, and other production equipment.
Continuous improvement in speed and accuracy of product changeovers and preventative maintenance plans.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience
Five years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
Engineering background and/or experience are desired.
