About the Role

The Sales Representative will grow our market share in shrink sleeve and pressure-sensitive label solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of label technologies, packaging trends, and customer needs across industries such as beverage, pharma, and personal care.

Key Activities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue in the shrink sleeve and pressure-sensitive label segments.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing consultative support and technical guidance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and design) to deliver customized solutions.

  • Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product samples.

  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote the Company’s capabilities.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on sales activities and forecasts.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling to beverage, pharmaceutical, or personal care brands.

  • Knowledge of RFID-enabled labeling and tamper-evident packaging.

  • Background in engineered or custom print solutions.

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in printing, packaging, or labeling industries.

  • Proven success selling shrink sleeves, pressure-sensitive labels, or related products.

  • Strong understanding of label application technologies and packaging formats.
