


About the Role
This Sales Representative will be ideal for a hunter who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and positioning high-value packaging and fulfilment solutions for clients who demand compliance, speed, and flexibility.
Key Activities
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across co-packing, fulfilment, and secondary packaging sectors.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand the customer base in cosmetics, food, supplements, and OTC categories.
Partner with operations and regulatory teams to customise solutions that meet FDA, ISO 22716, and cGMP requirements.
Manage client relationships from first contact through proposal, onboarding, and ongoing service.
Track and report sales activity, pipeline development, and market feedback.
Represent the brand with professionalism, responsiveness, and technical understanding of co-packing workflows.
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter comfortable managing a remote territory and collaborating with internal teams.
Education and Experience
Proven B2B sales success — ideally in contract packaging, fulfilment, or regulated manufacturing.
Hunter mentality with strong prospecting, follow-up, and closing skills.
Working knowledge of FDA, cGMP, ISO, or regulated product environments preferred.
