About the Role
This Packaging Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting tailored packaging solutions, and closing sales that deliver value to both the client and our business.
Key Activities
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in assigned territories or industries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships internally and externally with new and existing clients.
Promote a wide range of packaging products, including pallets, special shipping crates/trays/racks, and unique bubble wraps.
Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to assess customer requirements and propose solutions.
Prepare quotes, comprehensive proposals, and sales contracts.
Collaborate with design and production teams to create tailored packaging solutions.
Track and analyse sales metrics, maintain CRM records, and provide regular updates to management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Preferred Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of success.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or packaging specs is a plus.
Education and Experience
5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the packaging or industrial supply sectors.
Strong understanding of industrial packaging materials and shipping processes is a plus.
