


About the Role
The National Sales Manager will lead and oversee nationwide sales operations for the skincare portfolio, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Key Activities
Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage regional and field sales teams to ensure strong performance and target achievement.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, retailers, pharmacies, dermatology clinics, e-commerce partners, and key national accounts.
Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive activities, and growth opportunities within the skincare industry.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support product launches, promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accurate planning and performance tracking.
Negotiate major contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional programs with key customers.
Monitor distributor performance and ensure optimal product availability, merchandising, and shelf presence.
Establish KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement coaching and training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide timely market feedback to leadership, supporting product innovation and business planning.
Preferred Skills
Strong experience managing multi-state or national distribution networks.
Proven ability to lead large sales teams and deliver consistent revenue growth.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of progressive sales experience within skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industries.
3–5 years in a senior leadership or national sales management role.
