


About the Role
This Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimise downtime and support continuous operations.
Key Activities
Perform mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting on packaging and converting equipment
Maintain and repair machinery such as baggers, slitters, rewinders, conveyors, sealers, and related production equipment
Execute preventative maintenance programs and document completed work
Respond to breakdowns and prioritise repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure equipment uptime
Follow all safety, GMP, and plant procedures
Preferred Skills
Maintenance experience in packaging, converting, printing, plastics, or related manufacturing.
Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
Experience with motors, drives, and PLC troubleshooting (not programming-heavy).
Comfortable in a manufacturing environment (shift work possible).
Education and Experience
Maintenance Technician experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
Must be located in Nevada (no relocation, no remote).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
