


About the Role
The Sales Professional will have strong knowledge of packaging products and solutions, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Activities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the packaging market.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing tailored packaging solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate packaging materials and formats (flexible, rigid, corrugated, labels, etc.).
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including production, design, quality, and supply chain, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM systems.
Participate in trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as required.
Preferred Skills
Strong hunting skills.
Existing network of customers within the packaging industry.
Education and Experience
2–7+ years of sales experience, with experience in folding cartons.
Excellence in business development (book of business would be great).
