About the Role

The Sales Leader manages existing accounts, ensuring ongoing communication, price negotiation, and effective influence to deliver mutually beneficial solutions.

Key Activities

  • Pre-screen leads and send requests to product managers.    

  • Help them develop solutions.   

  • Existing accounts will be reassigned to the recruit. 

Preferred Skills


  • Regularly visit accounts as needed to achieve the monthly budgeted volumes.   

  • Influence decision-makers, negotiate prices based on the product manager’s guidelines, and close the sale.   

  • Regularly update on the progress of each target account.

Education and Experience

  • Must have experience working with US Foods or Sysco.   

  • Must have food service experience.
