About the Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing an active book of business, while developing new sales opportunities, managing high-value accounts, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire Cradle-to-Grave sales and operational cycle, directly contributing to revenue growth and long-term profitability.

Key Activities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end Cradle-to-Grave sales cycle, from customer acquisition to ongoing account management.

  • Grow and manage an active book of business, driving revenue, margin, and long-term account retention.

  • Develop new business opportunities through consultative selling and strategic prospecting.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their transportation and logistics needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Represent the company in face-to-face customer meetings and industry events to support business growth.

Preferred Skills

  • Transportation, logistics, and freight brokerage.

  • Strategic account management and business development.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Sales and Account Management within the Transportation, Logistics, or Brokerage industries.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).

  • Proven experience in Cradle-to-Grave roles with full ownership of the sales cycle.
