


About the Role
This HR Business Partner - Manufacturing will work closely with plant leadership and employees to drive strong people practices, ensure compliance, strengthen engagement, and support a positive, high-performance culture.
Key Activities
Coach leaders on performance management, attendance, and employee relations matters.
Conduct investigations and support fair, consistent resolution of workplace issues.
Support leave and accommodation processes (FMLA/ADA) and maintain compliance awareness.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred for HR Operations & Process Improvement.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) a plus.
3–6 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing/multi-shift preferred. Experience in employee relations, recruiting, and training coordination.
