


About the Role
The Packaging Account Sales Representative will develop and manage customer relationships, drive sales, and provide innovative packaging solutions to businesses in the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong B2B sales background and a proven track record of success.
Key Activities
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in B2B in food, consumer products, pharma, and industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Sell a diverse product mix, including Corrugated, Foam, Labels, Thermoforming, Packaging Materials, Direct Contact Packaging Films, Equipment, Jan-San, Chemicals, and Retail.
Lead with programs to achieve Program (PMP and Managed Services) goals, driving long-term value and customer engagement.
Provide consultative sales solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring value-driven partnerships.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to closing deals and post-sale support.
Work closely with internal teams (customer service, operations, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape.
Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and customer retention objectives.
Preferred Skills
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience
5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of success in industrial, packaging, manufacturing, equipment, automation, or distribution sales.
Experience selling a diverse product mix within the packaging industry.
Proven ability to prospect, develop leads, and close sales.
